Subkortikal kistli megalensefalik lökoensefalopati (MLC1, HEPACAM, GPRC5B)
Bebeklik döneminden itibaren büyük kafaya neden olur; denge sorunları, spastisite ve bazen nöbetler yavaş ilerleyen bir seyir izler. Bazı HEPACAM formlarında zamanla iyileşme görülür (remisyon gösteren MLC).
