PMP22 한 개 복사본이 소실되어 발생하는 말초신경병증으로, 족하수(발목 처짐)나 손목터널증후군과 유사한 증상처럼 압박으로 인한 신경 마비가 반복적으로 나타나게 합니다.
진단이 달라지는 점
신경에 장시간 압박이 가해지지 않도록 피하고, 급격한 체중 감소와 빈크리스틴 항암 치료를 피하십시오. 증상 발생 시에는 부목 착용 등의 지지 요법이 도움이 될 수 있습니다.
