Autozomal recesivă
O tulburare genetică rară, letală, cu malformații congenitale multiple, caracterizată prin triada de malformație cerebrală, reprezentată în principal de encefalocel occipital, rinichi polichistici mari și polidactilie, precum și prin anomalii asociate care pot include buza/palatul despicat, anomalii cardiace și genitale, malformații ale sistemului nervos central (SNC), fibroză hepatică și displazie osoasă.
