Autosomalt dominant
Ärftlig cerebral blödning med amyloidos (HCHWA) beskriver en grupp sällsynta familjära sjukdomar i centrala nervsystemet som kännetecknas av amyloidavlagringar i hjärnans blodkärl. Detta leder till hemorragisk och icke-hemorragisk stroke, fokala neurologiska bortfall och en progressiv kognitiv försämring som så småningom leder till demens.
