Ragenos distrofija
Paveldimų ligų grupė, pažeidžianti vieną ar kelis ragenos sluoksnius, įskaitant Fucso endotelio distrofiją (dažnai susijusią su TCF4 pasikartojimų išplitimu), su TGFBI susijusias granuliarinę ir tinklinę distrofijas bei retesnius tipus, kuriuos sukelia tokie genai kaip SLC4A11, COL8A2, ZEB1 ir CHST6.
Ką keičia diagnozė
TGFBI variantų nešiotojams paprastai rekomenduojama vengti lazerinės refrakcinės operacijos (LASIK ar PRK), nes ji gali pabloginti nuosėdas. Pažengusios ligos atveju regėjimą gali atkurti ragenos transplantacija.
