Konjenital Diseritropoietik Anemi
CDAN1, CDIN1, SEC23B, KIF23, KLF1 ve GATA1 gibi genlerdeki değişikliklerden kaynaklanan bir grup hastalıktır (tip I'den IV'e ve ilgili formlar). Çoğunlukla çekinik olarak kalıtılırlar, bazı dominant formları da vardır.

Tanı, transfüzyon almadan da gelişebilen demir birikiminin izlenmesi ve tedavisine yol gösterir; tip I'de interferon-alfa yardımcı olabilir.
