Autosomaal dominant
DICER1-varianten die pleuropulmonaal blastoom, multinodulaire struma, schildklierkanker, ovariële Sertoli-Leydig-celtumoren, cystisch nefroom en andere zeldzame tumoren veroorzaken.
Wat een diagnose verandert
Richtlijnen voor surveillance omvatten thoraxbeeldvorming in de vroege kindertijd, echografie van de schildklier en echografie van het bekken.
