Lipodystrophy Due To Peptidic Growth Factors Deficiency
Deficiency of the peptidic growth factors is characterized by loss of subcutaneous fat layers on the limbs, lipodystrophy in the face and trunk and scleroderma-like skin disorders (thickened skin on the palms and soles and skin pigment changes on the limbs and trunk).

Berardinelli-Seip Congenital Lipodystrophy
Autozomálně recesivní
A lipodystrophy characterized by the association of lipoatrophy, hypertriglyceridemia, hepatomegaly and acromegaloid features. BSCL belongs to the group of extreme insulin resistance syndromes, which also includes leprechaunism, Rabson-Mendenhall syndrome, acquired generalized lipodystrophy, and types A and B insulin resistance.

Familial Partial Lipodystrophy
Includes the LMNA (Dunnigan), PPARG, PLIN1, LIPE, AKT2, CAV1 and PLAAT3 forms, which cause loss of fat from the limbs and buttocks with insulin resistance, diabetes, high triglycerides and fatty liver.

Familial Partial Lipodystrophy, Dunnigan Type
Autozomálně dominantní
Familial Partial lipodystrophy, Dunnigan type (FPLD2) is a rare form of genetic lipodystrophy characterized by a loss of subcutaneous adipose tissue from the trunk, buttocks and limbs; fat accumulation in the neck, face, axillary and pelvic regions; muscular hypertrophy; and usually associated with metabolic complications such as insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and liver steatosis.
