Spondylometaphyseal Dysplasia With Cone-Rod Dystrophy

A rare inherited condition combining a skeletal dysplasia affecting the spine and growing ends of the long bones with a retinal dystrophy affecting central and colour vision. It is caused by changes in both copies of the PCYT1A gene.
