팔로 사징후군은 심실중격결손(心室中隔缺損)이라고도 하는 심실 간 교통, 우심실 유출로 폐쇄, 대동맥근이 심실중격 위로 걸쳐 있는 현상(대동맥 기승), 우심실 비대로 이루어진 선천성 심장 기형입니다.
