Mosaic Variegated Aneuploidy Syndrome

A rare recessive condition, caused by variants in genes such as BUB1B, CEP57 or TRIP13, in which many cells have the wrong number of chromosomes. It causes growth restriction and small head size and raises the risk of childhood cancers.
