Mosaic gains and losses of whole chromosomes with growth restriction, microcephaly and an increased risk of rhabdomyosarcoma, Wilms tumour and leukaemia.
What a diagnosis changes
Childhood cancer surveillance for affected children; carriers have no expected health effects.
