Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency

Inherited conditions in which white blood cells cannot stick to blood vessel walls and reach sites of infection, causing severe bacterial infections without pus, delayed separation of the umbilical cord and poor wound healing. Genes are ITGB2 (type 1), SLC35C1 (type 2) and FERMT3 (type 3, with bleeding).
