Trait
Beauty mark
Clinical name: Melanocytic nevus
A oval and round, colored (usually medium-to dark brown, reddish brown, or flesh colored) lesion. Typically, a melanocytic nevus is less than 6 mm in diameter, but may be much smaller or larger.

Changes in these genes cause rare conditions in which Beauty mark is seen. Most people with this trait have none of those conditions, and a gene on this list says nothing about anyone's own genome.
