Požymis
Graves disease
An autoimmune disease where the thyroid is overactive, producing an excessive amount of thyroid hormones (a serious metabolic imbalance known as hyperthyroidism and thyrotoxicosis). This is caused by autoantibodies to the TSH-receptor (TSHR-Ab) that activate that TSH-receptor (TSHR), thereby stimulating thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion, and thyroid growth (causing a diffusely enlarged goiter). The resulting state of hyperthyroidism can cause a dramatic constellation of neuropsychological and physical signs and symptoms, which can severely compromise the patients.

Dante Labs condition reports look at the genes behind groups of inherited conditions, read from one whole-genome test. Each page says which conditions and genes a report covers, how it is read and what it cannot tell you.

Įsigyti savo Genome Test6 genų susiję su Graves disease
Šių genų pakitimai sukelia retas ligas, kuriose pasireiškia Graves disease. Dauguma žmonių, turinčių šį požymį, neturi nė vienos iš tų ligų, o šiame sąraše esantis genas nieko nesako apie kieno nors paties genomą.
| Genas | Kaip dažnai pasireiškia | Ligos |
|---|---|---|
| CACNA1Scalcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 S | Labai dažnai (80–99%) | 1 ligoje |
| GABRA3gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit alpha3 | Labai dažnai (80–99%) | 1 ligoje |
| KCNJ18potassium inwardly rectifying channel subfamily J member 18 | Labai dažnai (80–99%) | 1 ligoje |
| AIREautoimmune regulator | Kartais (5–29%) | 1 ligoje |
| CLCNKBchloride voltage-gated channel Kb | Retai (1–4 %) | 1 ligoje |
| SLC12A3solute carrier family 12 member 3 | Retai (1–4 %) | 1 ligoje |
