Celiac Disease Polygenic Risk Score
Coeliac disease (or Celiac Disease) is an immune reaction to gluten that damages the small intestine. Almost everyone with it carries the HLA-DQ2 or DQ8 types.
A risk score adds up many common variants, each with a small effect, into an estimate of genetic predisposition. It is not a diagnosis.
