ColoAlert is a safe, non-invasive, CE-IVD marked test developed to detect the presence of colon cancer, even in early stage, with an easy-to-use collection kit.
Colorectal cancer can be cured if detected early. One of the main reasons for the large number of late diagnoses is the mostly symptom-free development of colorectal cancer. Symptoms are rare in early stages, which is why patients often do not see a doctor until the disease has already progressed.

ColoAlert helps to keep a screening routine (once in 3 years) without effort, with a simple, non-invasive and painless test and with:

  • 85% of colorectal cancer cases detected and often in very early stages of the disease. 1
  • Checking of bleeding and non-bleeding tumors through hDNA.
  • Non-invasive sample collection, at-home, in 5 minutes.
  • Better early detection than fecal occult blood tests. 1, 2
  • Up to 60% fewer missed cases compared to fecal immunochemical test (FIT). 1, 2

    Cutting-edge Technology

Through a DNA analysis this test is able to verify the presence of the tumor in all its stages, starting from the stool sample only and with a specificity of 92%.

    Privacy and Security

Compliant with European regulations on security and privacy (GDPR) and CE-IVD mark.

    Free shipping

Free shipping costs both to receive the collection kit and to send the sample to the laboratory.

    Painless SampleCollection

The real danger of colorectal cancer

About 70% of colon cancer cases affect the population over the age of 50.

Currently available screening procedures, such as colonoscopy, can be very helpful but are also invasive and painful and therefore are not used for a constant prevention strategy; other tests are only partially effective.

However, cases of early stage cancer may have so-called "silent" symptoms and are more difficult to diagnose promptly. In addition, they may not even be detected by a conventional stool test (FIT).

Over the half of the patients with colorectal cancer receive a diagnosis in the latest satges of the tumor development, and therefore they have to undergo complicated treatments, with reduced chances of success.

ColoAlert, the only CE-IVD test capable of detecting tumor DNA, is sensitive to all stages of tumor development. It requires only a non-invasive and painless stool-sample collection.

The screening is based on the RT-PCR technology that detects the possible presence of those biomarkers associated with colorectal cancer, such as KRAS, BRAF and hDNA, that are present even in the fist stages.

The uniqueness of the Coloalert test

    Early detection

The ColoAlert test identifies potential cancer even without obvious symptoms or the presence of occult blood in the stool. It is therefore effective in all stages of the development of the disease.

    100% Painless

Practical and simple, with two devices: a swab and a vial to collect the two stool samples in a quick and totally non-invasive way.

    92% Specificity

This metric studies the accuracy of the negative cases identified by the test. The negative result of the ColoAlert test is really reliable.

    3 years of coverage

The speed with which a possible tumor mass develops changes based on several factors, such as age, but the negative result of the ColoAlert test allows you to wait up to 3 years before repeating the screening process.
